Ebola: Malaysia provide 20 million gloves



  Between nations and Ebola that affected Liberia is more affected.

Malaysia has announced gloves donate 20 million to 5 states fighting the risk of Ebola fever

The Malaysian government has indicated that these gloves will be provided for health workers in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Nigeria and DRC.

Limitations of these gloves has raised concerns that the spread of the virus, according to health officials.

The country leads in the manufacture of gloves for 60 percent of all the world's gloves.

"Malaysia can offer its unique contribution to deal with Ebola because our country is one of the world's  who made gloves, 'said Prime Minister Najib Razak.

"We hope that our contribution will help prevent the spread of Ebola and save lives. '

More than half of the deaths from Ebola have occurred in Liberia since the explosion of the disease.

Sierra Leone, Guinea and Liberia are some of the countries severely affected by the disease that so far has killed more than 2,400 people this year.

Among the companies that have contributed include Sime Darby, Kuala Lumpur Kepong, IOI Corporation Berhad and Top Glove.
